1. Write out the 8 step change model. Review the event (memory, press releases, news articles etc.). Did the leader take actions in each of the change steps that were visible to help facilitate change?

Think about the different stakeholders who resisted the change: students, faculty, staff, athletes, community, alumni etc. Did they support or resist the change, and in what form of resistance: I don’t get it, I don’t like it, I don’t like you.
