So basically what I need to do is write a memo as if I were an intern at the NCAA trying to create samples of what we would respond to customer complaints with. I am horrible at explaining things, but hopefully the images I provide will make things clearer. Please, only worry about the correspondence analysis part. Do not worry about making the correspondence template. I am supplying screenshots of everything, however, incase there is useful information. Let me know if you need anything!
