A. We’re trying to make a company called The Green Dot where humans can go to a restaurant and be served by artificial intelligence robots. The concept is like Amazon Go where the customer experience focuses on service and cost efficiencies. Users can go in the restaurant, order, served and leave when finished. No tips required. The company is a new idea so we’re focusing on brand creation and how to launch a campaign. The two key marketing strategies are social networking sites and public relations. Within these two strategies, we’re aiming to measure consumer engagement levels with our content. We need to understand how many likes, retweets, shares, and comments when consumers view our content. The marketing strategy is like Tesla where we hope users share their experience with friends and family to create customers.

A. Our brand is built on convenient, efficient, and affordable cost and services. The best Promotion Analytic would be built on Affordable Method or affordability of the consumer even if these means thin profit margins. We are a new company, can’t afford to go crazy on a marketing budget. This means the marketing budget is set on what our organization can afford, then measure engagement levels of content we’re putting out. If engagement levels are significant, we’d continue similar methods or try something new to access a new customer base. Amazon initially was able to build their core business model on thin profit margins before they were able to scale. In this sense, we must invest capital to ensure when a customer walks in the restaurant, there experience is consistent.
